Ontologies

The annotated ontologies (terms plus the cDNA libraries mapped to the terms) are available in OBO and OWL format. Mappings between libraries and entries from Genbank, Unigene and other data sources are current as of January 2007 and can be found in the data mappings download section.

• XSPAN OWL format [3] (44 K)
• RDF format [4] (65 K)

The ontologies are released under a FreeBSD-style license which you can read here. The license is also included with each download file.
