Ontologies

Just the eVOC ontology terms:

• GO flatfile format [1] (41 K)
• OBO file format [2] (38 K)
• XSPAN OWL format [3] (42 K)
• RDF format [4] (62 K)

The ontologies are released under a FreeBSD-style license which you can read here. The license is also included with each download file.

Annotated Ontologies

The annotated ontologies (terms plus the cDNA libraries mapped to the terms) have been moved to the data mappings download section. Please note that the annotated ontologies and data mappings are still based on the eVOC 2.7 release and as a result newly added terms will not have any annotations.
