Ontologies

Just the eVOC ontology terms:

• eVOC tab-delimited flatfile format [1] (18K)
• GO flatfile format [2] (12K)
• OBO file format [3] (13K)
• XSPAN OWL format [4] (24K)

The ontologies are released under a FreeBSD-style license which you can read here. The license is also included with each download file.

Annotated Ontologies

The annotated ontologies (terms plus the cDNA libraries mapped to the terms) have been moved to the data mappings download section.
