Download the Data Mappings

Before you can download annotated ontologies or the data mapped to eVOC you will have to Register if you have not done so already. Note that this is login is separate from that required for the mailing list.

If you have forgotten your password you can enter your email address below and then click the button next to it to have your password emailed to you.

To download files, enter your email address (which serves as your user name) and password, select the files you wish to download and then click 'Continue'.

To clear the form, click the 'Reset' button.

Files

The downloadable files are released under a FreeBSD-style license which you can read here. The license is also included with each download file.

The following annotated human ontologies are available:

OBOC format (649K)
Legacy OWL format (966K)
RDF format (1MB)

The following human data mappings are available for download:

ESTs to cDNAs (16MB)
Genes to cDNAs (34MB)
H-Inv Clusters to cDNAs (6MB)
RefSeq cDNAs to cDNAs (7MB)
UniGenes to cDNAs (6MB)

The data mappings are not released under the FreeBSD-style license. Mappings between cDNA libraries and H-Inv cDNA/EST sequence identifiers are available upon request.
